How long will my order take?

Everything is printed to order in the UK. It takes 1–2 working days to make, then 2–3 working days to deliver, so most orders arrive in about 5 working days. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date.

What is the last day to order for Christmas?

See our Delivery & Christmas dates page. The date is also shown at the top of every page and on each product.

How much is delivery?

Nothing. Delivery to any UK address is free and already included in the price you see.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We only deliver to UK addresses.

What photos work best?

Use the original photo from your phone or camera, not a screenshot or a photo saved from social media or WhatsApp. Clear, well-lit photos with faces in focus print best. Very zoomed-in or cropped photos can look blurry when printed large.

How will the names look?

We print exactly what you type, including capital letters, so please check spelling before you order. The product photos show the style and layout your text will be printed in.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Email us straight away. We can change names or photos only before your item goes into production, which usually happens within a day.

Can you send it straight to the person I am buying for?

Yes. Just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.

My order has several items. Will they arrive together?

Different types of product (for example a blanket and a mug) are made in different UK workshops, so they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Can I return a personalised item?

Because each item is made just for you, personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, send us a photo as soon as you can and we'll replace or refund it, whichever you prefer. Read our returns policy.
